We will definitely eat here again, might even make the hour drive next time we have a craving. Chips were thin and crispy, with no bad aftertaste. Hot red salsa was delicious and reminded me of a restaurant in the town I grew up. The green salsa was fabulous as well, it was fresh and had a hint of avocado or something besides just spice and tomatillo. Queso was creamy and buttery with nice chunks of peppers, I believe they were pablano peppers. I had the chicken fajita chimichanga and my hubby had the 3 enchiladas. Both were great. The chimi was loaded with tender flavored meat. It could have been fried a little longer since I like mine extra crispy, but it still had nice edges. My husband ended up with 2 beef and one chicken enchilada, but even without a cheese enchilada it was great. They were nicely filled and the sauce had a great flavor without an overpowering cumin aftertaste. My chimichanga came with half queso and half ranchero sauce, which was nice. The beans have a good flavor as did the rice. I think my husband liked those best of all. The place wasn't very busy, but had a few tables filled. They had a nice staff and were on top of refills and our check. We will definitely be back to eat here again!
